White Raku Emu Egg Hand Formed Bowl

Hand made White Raku bowl fired to 1280°C. Each bowl is formed over a slightly asymmetrical slump mould, and glazed with Jade glaze.

Wonderful surprises happen in the kiln, giving each bowl its own colour palette. Some the beautiful colour of an emu egg, some flecked with blue, others blue with green highlights. Each bowl is truly one-of-a-kind.
